Terms

1. Non-Custodial Technical Utility & No Financial Advice
BitTools (bittools.net) is an independent, non-custodial technical network utility platform designed to assist with pending and unconfirmed Bitcoin transactions. The information, tools, and services provided on this website do not constitute investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other form of cryptocurrency advice. BitTools does not manage, hold, custody, operate wallets, or trade user funds. BitTools does not recommend that any cryptocurrency should be bought, sold, or held. You understand that you use the information and utilities available through BitTools at your own discretion and risk.

2. Wallet Security, Privacy & User-Authorized Payments
No Wallet Connections: BitTools will NEVER ask you to connect, link, or integrate your cryptocurrency wallet, including MetaMask, Trust Wallet, Ledger, or browser wallet extensions, with our platform. Any website, pop-up, message, or third party requesting such access under the BitTools name is unauthorized.
No Private Data Requests: BitTools will NEVER request private keys, seed phrases, recovery phrases, or credentials that provide access to cryptocurrency funds. Neither our website nor our official support channels will request information that compromises wallet security.
Manual Payment Authorization: Premium payments are initiated manually by the user from an external wallet by copying the displayed destination address and payment amount. BitTools does not use wallet extensions, automatic wallet connections, or smart contract billing to obtain payment authorization. After a payment or service request has been authorized by the user, eligible BitTools services may perform automated monitoring, rebroadcasting, routing, analysis, or transaction processing as described for the selected service tier.
Privacy & Security Commitment: BitTools does not request access to user wallet credentials or private wallet configuration. Cryptocurrency funds and wallet credentials remain under the user's control.

3. Brand Independence, Code Originality & Anti-Phishing Notice
Original Infrastructure Since 2021: BitTools is an independent, standalone platform developed, maintained, and operated by its own engineering team since 2021. BitTools is not affiliated with unrelated Bitcoin transaction acceleration websites, clones, or lookalike platforms.
Notice on Imitations & Clones: Third-party platforms may use similar Bitcoin network mechanisms or imitate interface or service elements associated with transaction acceleration. BitTools assumes no responsibility for the security, representations, operation, or claims of unrelated third-party or copycat services.
Official Domain Only: BitTools operates through the official bittools.net domain, including: https://www.bittools.net/ BitTools does not use Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, or other external chat applications for payment processing or official support. Report impersonation, phishing attempts, or suspicious alternative domains to: [email protected]

4. Service Mechanics, Network Routing & Limitations
BitTools operates Bitcoin transaction relay and acceleration infrastructure. Depending on the selected service tier, different processing routes may be used.
P2P Node Rebroadcasting: Eligible transactions may be propagated across a network of 66+ Bitcoin P2P nodes and additional relay endpoints to improve transaction propagation and refresh network visibility where technically possible. Rebroadcasting sends the existing valid transaction again. It does not modify the transaction fee or create a replacement transaction.
Direct Miner Acceleration & Priority Processing: For eligible premium services, BitTools may use dedicated APIs, additional processing infrastructure, and direct partner mining-pool connections to submit transactions for greater priority and block-template consideration.
No Control Over Final Block Inclusion: BitTools does not control Bitcoin block generation or the independent transaction selection decisions made by miners. No free or paid BitTools service can guarantee an exact confirmation time or guarantee inclusion in a particular block. Confirmation depends on factors including transaction validity, fee rate, mempool conditions, miner policies, hashrate conditions, and overall Bitcoin network activity.
Transaction Validity: BitTools cannot cause technically invalid, conflicting, double-spent, or otherwise unacceptable transactions to be confirmed by the Bitcoin network. Transactions dependent on invalid or unresolved parent transactions may also be unable to confirm regardless of acceleration attempts.

5. Service Tiers, Lifetime Accounts & Pricing
By using BitTools, you acknowledge the service tiers and pricing displayed on the website at the time a service is requested.
Free Tier ($0): Requires no registration, login, or subscription. Eligible transactions may be submitted for free manual rebroadcasting subject to the limits displayed on the BitTools interface.
Auto BTC Re-broadcast ($15): Provides automated transaction monitoring and rebroadcasting for users who do not want to repeat the request manually.
Enhanced Pro Acceleration ($25): Provides enhanced transaction processing, monitoring, rebroadcasting, and additional acceleration features for eligible pending Bitcoin transactions.
VIP Mining Priority (Private Node Fee + $50): Provides the strongest available priority route offered by BitTools for eligible transactions. The service may use dedicated processing infrastructure and partner mining-pool connections to submit the transaction for greater priority and block-template consideration. Availability and pricing depend on the transaction, its size, technical eligibility, and current Bitcoin network conditions.
Optional Lifetime Pro Membership ($50): Account registration is optional. A one-time $50 payment provides permanent access to the current Pro membership features made available to the account, including applicable automated rebroadcasting, monitoring, account history, and additional processing features. Lifetime membership does not automatically include separately priced third-party, mining-pool, private-node, network, or transaction-specific infrastructure fees unless expressly stated on the applicable service interface.

6. Refund, Fee & Overpayment Policies
Premium Processing Fees: Infrastructure, API, relay-network, and mining-pool related costs for premium services may be allocated when transaction processing begins. Except where a refund is available under the conditions described below, completed service submissions are final.
Refund Eligibility: A premium transaction-processing order may be reviewed for refund eligibility if the submitted transaction has not achieved block confirmation after 72 consecutive hours from the recorded payment time. Refund eligibility remains subject to the service conditions and exclusions described below.
Exclusions: A refund may not be available when:
— the transaction was already confirmed before submission;
— the transaction confirms independently before BitTools processing is completed;
— an incorrect or already-confirmed TXID was submitted;
— the transaction is technically invalid or double-spent;
— required parent transactions remain unresolved or invalid;
— payment requirements or stated service conditions were not completed.
Partial payments must be completed to the same designated payment address within the applicable payment period. Incomplete payments may not be eligible for processing or refund where network or infrastructure costs have already been incurred.
Overpayments & Excess Payments: Because premium payments are initiated manually by the user, payment errors may occur. If a user accidentally sends an amount exceeding the displayed service fee, verified excess funds may be returned after contacting BitTools support, provided that the excess amount is sufficient to cover the Bitcoin network fee required for the return transaction. Excess amounts below the required network fee may not be economically processable.

7. Transaction Origin & Refusal of Service
BitTools processes public blockchain transaction information and does not independently audit the commercial purpose, ownership, intent, or origin of every Bitcoin transaction submitted through its services. BitTools reserves the right to refuse or discontinue processing transaction data known to be associated with unlawful activity, exploitation, abuse of the service, or violations of applicable law.

8. Accuracy of Information & External Links
BitTools attempts to provide accurate technical information, mempool data, network statistics, difficulty information, estimates, and service information. However, all information is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Bitcoin network conditions, mining-pool policies, third-party APIs, network nodes, and external infrastructure may change independently of BitTools. Third-party promotional or affiliate links may generate compensation for BitTools when a user takes an action through those links. The presence of an external link does not by itself constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or representation regarding a third-party product or service.
