Disclaimer

1. Non-Custodial Technical Utility & No Financial Advice
BitTools (bittools.net) is an independent, non-custodial technical network utility platform. The information and services provided on this website do not constitute investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other form of cryptocurrency advice. BitTools does not manage, hold, custody, operate wallets, or trade user funds. We do not recommend that any cryptocurrency should be bought, sold, or held. You understand that you use the information and utilities available through BitTools at your own discretion and risk.

2. Wallet Security, Privacy & User-Authorized Payments
No Wallet Connections: BitTools will NEVER ask you to connect, link, or integrate your cryptocurrency wallet with our platform. Any payment request requiring direct wallet connection is unauthorized.
No Private Data Requests: We will NEVER request your private keys, seed phrases, recovery phrases, or other credentials that provide access to cryptocurrency funds. Neither the BitTools website nor our official support team will request information that could compromise your wallet.
User-Authorized Payments: Premium payments are initiated manually by the user from an external wallet by copying the displayed destination address and payment amount. BitTools does not use wallet extensions or request permission to control a user's wallet. After a payment or service request has been authorized by the user, eligible BitTools services may perform automated monitoring, rebroadcasting, routing, or transaction processing as described for the selected service tier.
Privacy & Security Commitment: We do not request or implement access that compromises user wallet security. Cryptocurrency funds and wallet credentials remain under the user's control.

3. Brand Independence, Code Originality & Anti-Phishing Notice
Original Infrastructure Since 2021: BitTools is an independent, standalone platform developed and operated by its own engineering team since 2021. BitTools is not affiliated with unrelated Bitcoin transaction acceleration websites, clones, or lookalike platforms.
Notice on Imitations & Clones: Third-party platforms may use similar Bitcoin network mechanisms or imitate interface elements associated with transaction acceleration services. BitTools assumes no responsibility for the security, representations, or operation of unrelated third-party or copycat services.
Official Domain Only: BitTools operates through the official bittools.net domain, including https://www.bittools.net/. We do not use Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, or other external chat applications for payment processing or official support. Report impersonation, phishing attempts, or suspicious alternative domains to: [email protected].

4. Service Mechanics, Infrastructure & Confirmation
BitTools forwards public Bitcoin transaction information, including TXIDs and Raw Transaction Hex where applicable, through Bitcoin P2P infrastructure, dedicated APIs, network nodes, and partner mining-pool connections according to the selected service.
Network & Mining Infrastructure: BitTools operates transaction relay and acceleration infrastructure that communicates with Bitcoin network nodes and partner mining pools through dedicated APIs and direct relay mechanisms.
Priority Processing: Eligible premium transactions may be submitted through additional BitTools processing infrastructure and partner mining-pool connections for block-template consideration and greater transaction priority when supported.
No Control Over Final Block Inclusion: BitTools does not control Bitcoin block generation or the independent decisions made by miners when selecting transactions for inclusion in a block. No free or paid acceleration service can guarantee an exact confirmation time. Final confirmation depends on factors including transaction validity, fee rate, mempool conditions, miner policies, and Bitcoin network conditions.
Transaction Validity: BitTools cannot cause technically invalid, conflicting, double-spent, or otherwise unacceptable transactions to be confirmed by the Bitcoin network.

5. Account Registration & Transparent Pricing
Free Tier ($0): The free Bitcoin transaction rebroadcast service requires no registration, login, or subscription. Subject to the limits displayed on the service interface, users may submit eligible transactions for free manual rebroadcasting.
Optional Lifetime Pro Membership ($50): Account registration is optional. A one-time $50 payment provides permanent access to the current Pro membership features made available to the account, including applicable automated rebroadcasting, monitoring, account history, and additional processing features. Individual service fees, network costs, eligibility requirements, and processing options are displayed before an optional purchase or transaction-processing request.

6. Refund, Fee & Overpayment Policies
Premium Processing Fees: Infrastructure and relay-network fees for premium services may be allocated immediately when transaction processing begins. Except where a refund is expressly available under the conditions below, completed service submissions are final.
Refund Eligibility: A premium order may be reviewed for refund eligibility if the submitted transaction has not achieved block confirmation after 72 consecutive hours from the recorded payment time, subject to the service conditions and exclusions described below.
Exclusions: Refunds may not be available where a transaction was already confirmed, was confirmed independently before BitTools processing, contains an incorrect TXID, is technically invalid, is double-spent, or depends on unresolved or invalid inputs. Partial payments must be completed to the designated payment address within the applicable payment period. Incomplete payments may not be eligible for processing or refund where network or infrastructure costs have already been incurred.
Overpayments: If a user accidentally sends an amount exceeding the displayed service fee, verified excess funds may be returned after the user contacts support, provided that the excess amount is sufficient to cover the network fee required for the return transaction. Excess amounts below the required Bitcoin network fee may not be economically processable.

7. Transaction Origin & Refusal of Service
BitTools processes public blockchain transaction information and does not independently audit the commercial purpose, intent, ownership, or origin of every Bitcoin transaction submitted through its services. BitTools reserves the right to refuse or discontinue processing transaction data known to be associated with unlawful activity, exploitation, abuse of the service, or violations of applicable law.

8. Accuracy of Information & External Links
BitTools attempts to provide accurate technical information, but all information, network data, estimates, and service availability are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Bitcoin network conditions and third-party infrastructure may change independently of BitTools. Third-party promotional links or affiliate links may generate compensation for BitTools when a user takes an action through those links. The presence of such links does not by itself constitute an endorsement or guarantee of a third-party product or service.

9. Operator Identity & Support
BitTools is maintained and managed by BitTools Network, established in 2021. Our support channels are actively monitored for administrative, technical, account, payment, and compliance inquiries. For official support, contact: [email protected]

10. Terms of Service
Use of BitTools services is also subject to the applicable service terms, payment conditions, transaction-processing rules, and refund provisions described in our Terms of Use.
