Explore Bitcoin. Understand the data.
Free tools for public addresses, transactions and the Bitcoin network. No wallet connection required.
Network
Mining difficulty
Current Bitcoin proof-of-work difficulty relative to the original difficulty target.
Open toolBlock count
Latest Bitcoin block height reported by the data provider.
Open toolLatest block hash
Hash identifying the most recent block known to the provider.
Open toolBlock subsidy
New BTC created per block. This subsidy excludes transaction fees.
Open toolBitcoin in circulation
Total issued Bitcoin, including coins that may be lost or inaccessible.
Open toolBlock probability
Estimated probability that one hash attempt meets the current difficulty target.
Open toolExpected hashes per block
Expected hashing attempts to discover a block. Mining is probabilistic; this is not a guarantee.
Open toolNext difficulty retarget
Block height at which the next scheduled difficulty adjustment occurs.
Open toolAverage transaction size
Provider average transaction size over its recent block sample. This is not a fee estimate.
Open toolAverage transaction value
Average transaction value over the provider’s recent block sample; change outputs can affect the value.
Open toolTime between blocks
Average interval between recent blocks, in seconds. Bitcoin targets roughly ten minutes.
Open toolNext block estimate
Provider estimate of the time to the next block. Actual discovery time cannot be predicted.
Open toolEstimated network hash rate
Provider estimate of network computing power, expressed in GH/s. This is an estimate from block production.
Open toolAverage transactions per block
Average number of transactions per block over the provider’s recent sample.
Open toolAddresses
Total BTC received
Total received by this public address according to the provider. An address is not an entire wallet.
Open toolTotal BTC sent
Total sent from this public address according to the provider’s indexed blockchain data.
Open toolBitcoin address balance
Look up the balance of one public Bitcoin address. This does not include other addresses in the same wallet.
Open toolBitcoin address first use
Earliest usage timestamp known to the provider. No history means the address has not been seen in its index.
Open toolBitcoin address verifier
Validate the checksum and encoding of a Bitcoin mainnet address, including legacy, SegWit and Taproot. A valid address does not prove ownership, safety or a balance.
Open toolTransactions
Transaction output total
Total BTC assigned to all transaction outputs, including any change output.
Open toolTransaction input total
Total BTC spent by all inputs of a Bitcoin transaction.
Open toolTransaction fee
Absolute transaction fee: total inputs minus total outputs. This is not a fee rate in sat/vB.
Open toolAddress transaction result
Net BTC effect of this transaction on the specified address. Positive means received; negative means spent. This tool does not list address history.
Open toolRejected transaction lookup
Ask whether the provider records a rejection reason for a transaction or block hash. A missing reason does not establish validity or guarantee acceptance.
Open toolConversions
Address to HASH160
Extract the HASH160 payload from a legacy mainnet address beginning with 1 or 3. SegWit addresses use a different encoding.
Open toolHASH160 to address
Convert a 20-byte hexadecimal HASH160 to a mainnet P2PKH address. A hash alone does not reveal a private key.
Open toolPublic key to HASH160
Calculate RIPEMD160(SHA256(public key)). Paste a public key only, never a private key.
Open toolPublic key to address
Derive a legacy mainnet address from an encoded Bitcoin public key.
Open toolAddress public key lookup
Look up a public key revealed in blockchain spending history. Many addresses have no retrievable public key; it cannot be reversed from the address.
Open toolMarket & mempool
Unconfirmed transaction count
Transactions in the provider’s mempool. Different nodes can observe different counts.
Open tool24-hour weighted Bitcoin price
Provider-reported weighted BTC price in USD over the last 24 hours; exchange prices can differ.
Open toolBitcoin market capitalization
Provider estimate of circulating Bitcoin multiplied by its USD price.
Open tool24-hour transaction count
Number of Bitcoin transactions counted by the provider over the last 24 hours.
Open tool24-hour BTC sent
BTC transferred over the last 24 hours. On-chain totals can include change and self-transfers.
