Chloe — Privacy Policy & Terms of Use

Chloe is the BitTools AI companion for cryptocurrency learning, trading discipline and a calmer approach to decisions. We continue developing tools for the crypto community, including Bitcoin acceleration, market information and entertainment features as they become available. Features and usage limits depend on the plan shown before purchase.

NFA — Not Financial Advice. Chloe provides general educational information about risk management, capital allocation, impulsive decisions and trading habits. Responses are not personalized investment recommendations or instructions to buy, sell or hold a particular asset. We do not execute trades, manage your portfolio or guarantee profits, recovery of losses or financial stability. You remain responsible for your decisions. Verify information independently and only risk money you can afford to lose.

Chloe can offer encouragement and help you pause, reflect and organize your next steps when trading feels stressful. Chloe is an AI assistant, not a human adviser, therapist or emergency service. This support does not replace qualified mental-health care. If a situation feels unsafe or urgent, contact someone you trust or an appropriate local emergency service.

Never send a seed phrase, recovery phrase, private key, password, authentication code or other wallet secret. BitTools and Chloe do not need these to help with a Bitcoin transaction. Submit only a public transaction ID (TXID) when using acceleration tools. Do not include sensitive financial, medical or identity documents in a chat or attachment unless strictly necessary. Public blockchain data remains publicly visible.

We do not sell your personal data or chats. To deliver the service, we may retain your Telegram account identifier, profile details Telegram supplies, membership and payment records, submitted transaction IDs, and limited conversation history or memory according to service settings. Authorized staff may access retained information when necessary for support, security or administration. Messages or attachments needed to answer a request may be processed by service providers acting on our behalf. We do not publish your conversations as a public profile. This is not a promise of zero logging or absolute anonymity.

Absolute privacy guaranteed: your memory is end-to-end encrypted and erasable on demand with /clear.

Telegram Stars purchases activate the bot plan and duration described in the invoice; they do not automatically activate a separate BitTools website membership. A website purchase provides the access explicitly listed at checkout. A plan includes both website and bot services only when the offer explicitly says so and the required account connection is completed. Linking accounts alone does not transfer or expand a subscription. Digital purchases made inside Telegram use Telegram Stars under the applicable platform rules. Read the plan, limits and terms before paying.

Use Chloe respectfully and lawfully. Do not use the service for harassment, fraud, impersonation, exploitation, prohibited content or attempts to obtain private information. Entertainment and generated content are provided for enjoyment and may be fictional; they are not evidence of real events or guaranteed accuracy. Availability, limits and safeguards may change as we improve the service. Misuse can result in restricted access; contact support if you believe a restriction is incorrect.

For payment problems or a refund request, contact [email protected] and include your Telegram ID and payment reference, without sharing wallet secrets. We review requests based on what was purchased, delivery, duplicate or mistaken charges and applicable rights. Approved Stars refunds are handled through the original Stars payment mechanism. Telegram does not provide support for purchases from our bot; BitTools handles these requests. This page does not remove any rights you have under applicable law.
