What each status means
- Waiting for your deposit
The order is open and the deposit address is ready. Send the exact coin on the network shown.
- Confirming
Your deposit has been seen on the blockchain and is collecting confirmations. Busy networks take longer.
- Exchanging
The coins are being converted at your floating estimate or the fixed rate you locked.
- Sending
The payout is on its way to your address. A transaction link appears as soon as it is broadcast.
- Finished
The coins have arrived. Keep your exchange ID in case you ever need to look the order up again.

Where is my exchange ID?
It is on the order page you saw after creating the swap, and in the page link. If you saved the order in this browser, it opens on its own.
Changed your mind?
An order that has not received any coins yet can be cancelled from the browser you created it in. Open the order and choose Cancel order. Once a deposit arrives, the swap carries on as normal.
Sent the wrong amount or network?
Don't send again. Open a ticket with your exchange ID and the transaction link, and the team will look at it with you.
