How to Use the BitTools Bitcoin Accelerator for a Stuck BTC Transaction

Start with your transaction ID

Enter your 64-character Bitcoin TXID on the BitTools BTC accelerator. The service checks its status and offers free acceleration processing or an available paid route. You do not need to connect a wallet or share private keys.

A delayed Bitcoin payment is frustrating, especially when you are waiting for an exchange deposit or a time-sensitive transfer. The useful first question is not which accelerator to pay for. It is where the payment is currently waiting: inside the sending platform, on the Bitcoin network, or inside the receiving platform.

1. Find the on-chain transaction ID

Open the withdrawal or payment record and look for its TXID. Bitcoin transaction hashes contain 64 hexadecimal characters. An exchange order number is not a TXID, and a Bitcoin address identifies a destination rather than one specific payment.

If the sender cannot provide a broadcast transaction ID, ask whether the withdrawal is still under review. An accelerator cannot release a payment from an exchange’s internal queue.

2. Check the network and status

Look up the TXID with the BitTools Bitcoin accelerator or a reputable Bitcoin explorer. Confirm that the payment used on-chain Bitcoin, rather than a different network or a wrapped token. Record whether it is unconfirmed, confirmed, replaced or unavailable.

If the payment is already in a block, move your attention to the receiving platform. It may require more confirmations before crediting the account. Repeating an acceleration request will not change that platform’s deposit policy.

3. Compare the fee rate, not just the total fee

Bitcoin transactions compete for block space. Their virtual size and fee rate matter; the dollar value of the BTC being transferred does not tell you how quickly the payment should confirm. Check whether the transaction spends an unconfirmed parent, too. That parent may need to confirm as part of the same package.

4. Choose the next step that addresses the cause

  • Limited propagation: a rebroadcast may help additional nodes receive the original transaction.
  • A fee that is no longer competitive: check the sending wallet’s fee-bump feature, or an eligible CPFP option if you control an output.
  • No wallet fee-bump option: review any eligible processing route displayed by the accelerator.
  • An exchange has not broadcast the withdrawal: contact that exchange first.

Keep a short record

Save the TXID, network, fee rate, time checked and any request reference. Those details make a support conversation much more useful than a screenshot saying only “pending.” Never include recovery words, private keys or wallet passwords.

Once you know the payment is a valid pending Bitcoin transaction, check the available BitTools routes. Choose based on the transaction’s status, not a promise that every payment can be confirmed instantly.
